Property Highlights

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the property consisted of
agricultural and vacant land from at least 1936 to 1960 when agricultural operations ceased, and
the current warehouse building was constructed in the eastern portion. The current office building
was constructed in 1995 in the central portion. The office building has been occupied by various
day cares since construction.
Due to a lack of historical records, PM was unable to determine occupancy and operations of the
warehouse from construction until 1990. According to the current owner, the warehouse has been
used for personal storage since he purchased the property in 1990 and he did not know any
former use. Based on the lack of occupancy information and unknown operations associated with
the warehouse, PM has identified this as a significant data gap.
