Additional Property Attributes

Current use is office use by Howard Center to serve clients. Two buildings were constructed in the early 1960s and later connected in the mid-1980s. The buildings were also used as a convent and offices for various companies. Prior to constrution of these buildings the property was open and part of the Englesby Farm. The current plan is to raze the existing 22,000 square foot building and construct a new approximately 45,000 square foot building with basement level parking
