The site is a shopping mall, was constructed in 1969 with a substantial addition in 1976. The current vacancy rate at the mall is high with most large tenancies unoccupied or under occupied with significant differed maintenance. A local ownership group has proposed acquiring the property with the intention of remodeling or demolishing portions of the structure. Their overall goal is to bring more of the property into productive use.
