Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: UST Permit #13039. Two USTs at the site were last operated approximately 1990. USTs were owned by Morehead Oil Co., a defunct corporation. Enforcement actions to obtain permanent closure and assessment were intiated against Morehead Oil. Glenn Fellers last operated the USTs in approximately 1990. He agreed to permanently close the USTs if the UST Program would assist in the assessment. The USTs were permanently closed in February 2004. The assesment was performed in February 2004 and no environmental impact was found. The UST Program closed the project 3-17-2004.
