Additional Property Attributes

Two adjoining parcels, a municipal street right-of-way (ROW) and a railroad ROW totaling approximately 1.9-acres of land. The eastern parcel is developed with an approximate 16,555-gross square foot, warehouse building with a storage yard, shipping areas and gravel and paved parking lots and drive areas. The western parcel consists of a vacant gravel lot. The Subject Property is owned by Deerwood Bank with the southern portion of the property being leased from the Burlington Northern Railroad.
