Additional Property Attributes

The property operated as a bar, restaurant, and nightclub from 1974 to 2010, and has been vacant since. The buildings were demolished in 2020. The site is located along a historic transit route into Tucson. Within a half mile of the property there are 81 UST and 22 LUST sites. Currently it is directly south of one auto shop and one autobody shop. Within one block north of the site there are four auto shops. A chevron gas station that is listed as a LUST site is within 0.4 miles of the site. Given that the general area has a history of gas stations and auto shops, there is a potential for petroleum contamination at the site.
