The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.2769 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as: All of Lots Thirteen (13) through Sixteen (16), Less and Except the West 15 feet of Lot Sixteen (16), in Block Twenty-nine (29) of the SOUTH OKLAHOMA ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of a tract of land with a 920 ft2 metal building; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property's geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium;
