Additional Property Attributes

Building is not structurally sound. A copy of the structural engineer's letter is enclosed. The City plans on removing the existing building and rebuilding. This building was bu lt in the
early 1900's and we need to have an asbestos inspection completed, prior to removing the building. The new building will be used for city offices and community events as it has been for over 100 years.
