Additional Property Attributes

The Clay County Court House building was built in 1912. A part of the basement level was remodeled in about 1940. Recently, the roof was replaced. A building renovation project is planned. The first step is to assess for the presence of asbestos/lead-based paint and thus they are requesting Brownfields assistance in performing the asbestos/lead-based paint inspections.
