Additional Property Attributes

Review of Phase I ESA information identified the former presence of a petroleum tank farm immediately west of the site as a Recognized Environmental Condition (REC). Asbestos-containing building materials and lead-based paint are outside the scope of a Phase I ESA and are not considered RECs. Nevertheless, the onsite building was constructed prior to 1980, and such materials could be present on the site.
