Additional Property Attributes

The building was constructed in the late 1970s and was previously a gym. Due to the age of construction, there is potential for hazardous building materials. The first Phase 1, the seller backed out because they had another buyer that was willing to pay full price. Then that buyer backed out because the basement flooded during a downpour and it was discovered that there was negative drainage that caused the problem.
