Additional Property Attributes

This is property that has the city pool and pool house. The pool is being replaced and the pool house is slated for demolition. No contaminants were found during the Phase II with the exception of window glazing on a 1'x2' window which was well below the limits for requiring permitted abatement. A City worker has asbestos training and certification and will be the one that will handle removal and disposal in a proper manner.
