Additional Property Attributes

Property is an unsafe building once used as a meeting place for the Jaycee organization. Property owner inherited the building and we provided a Phase I and were unable to enter the building to complete a Phase II adequately. The structure is unsafe to enter but due to the age and limited view in through a it is suspect for hazardous substance and lead paint. Cleanup planning involves demolition and then testing specific building materials or treating the entire structure as asbestos/lead paint and disposing of the structure as such at the local landfill. The property owner is unwilling to incur the cost of cleanup.
