Terry's Hardware (the "Site") is located at 200 Logan Avenue, Terry, Montana. The building's main entrance faces Logan Avenue. The original building is three-story structure. It was reportedly constructed in 1917. The basement of the original building has poured-concrete walls extending 2.5 feet above grade, with CMU blocks and brick/mortar above. The basement contains two restrooms, an elevator shaft, and infrastructure associated with an old chimney. The basement is primarily used for storage. The ground level of the original building is the main hardware store. The second floor of the original building, which is not currently in-use, is comprised of a laundry room, offices, a lobby, and common spaces. The roof on the original building is a built-up tar/felt membrane that slopes to the east.
