Additional Property Attributes

Property is located on the south-southwestern side of West Towne St and the eastern side of North Douglas Street within a mixed light industrial and multiple-family dwelling district residential area of Dawson County. Owners, Jayson and Katelynne Eslick, purchased property in 2018 and it is currently a vacant lot formerly occupied by a restaurant. It is 16,200 sq. ft on .35 acre lot. The property consists of the former building foundation with the flooring still present and asphalt-paved parking. The owners plan to build a new building for their Sugar Plum Jewelry Company business which they have completed architectural plans for and have hired a general contractor. Loan has been approved by bank committee but they need to secure the other portion of their construction loan by Dakota Business Lending, an SBA Lender.
