Additional Property Attributes

The property historically served as a gas station, auto repair shop, and storefront. Evidence of the presence of underground storage tanks (USTs) were observed at the property. No record of UST installation or closure were available. A pit was present in the commercial building near oil drum storage, and there was evidence of staining around the pit. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is recommended to determine if there have been any releases to the environment due to historical operations at the property and the suspected presence of USTs. Asbestos was not detected in any of the samples collected at the property.
