Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 0.25-acre tract of land occupied by a 3,278 square foot single family residence, a 966-square foot single-family residence, a 440-square foot detached garage, and a 1,081-sqaure foot shop building. Construction dates range from the early 1900's to the early 1920's. The property is located in the historic Deep Deuce neighborhood developed in
the early 1900's. The area experienced a decline in the 1970's and 1980's and most historic structures in the area were demolished. The area has seen considerable residential redevelopment over the past 15 years.
