Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (3.0992 ac); The Property is described as: Lots One (1) thru Eighteen (18) & Lots Thirty-one (31) thru Forty-eight (48) plus 20 foot alley lying between said lots, in Block 005 of PARKER & COLCORD ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of commercial land (3.0992 acre), occupied by a vacant school building (28,606 square feet); The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the south; The Property elevation is approximately 1,205 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); The Property's geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Dale silt loam; State regulatory agency records indicate no documented underground storage tanks (USTs),
aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features at the Property; and According to historic sources, the Property was developed as a public school as early as 1906. Based on review of Sanborn maps, building additions were made to the school in 1910, 1919, and 1934. Based on city directories, the school appears to have been vacated sometime after 1986.
