Additional Property Attributes

Constructed in the early 1900's, this property has had many uses through the years: prohibition era speakeasy, retail stores, community building, most recently a church and outreach center. It is currently vacant and in a state of disrepair. The local Unleash Tygart organization is striving to secure funding for repurposing of this prominent downtown Grafton asset into a mixed-use development. The results of a Lead Based Paint (LBP) inspection performed in January of 2023 indicates that some of the surfaces are painted with LBP.
