Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the Subject Property was used for agricultural and residential purposes until the late 1940s when the property became less agricultural and more wooded. The Subject Property appeared to have had residential structures up until the late 1980s when the homes were demolished.

A previous assessment of a larger tract (which included the Subject Property) determined a release from a drycleaner occurred which disposed of liquids through floor drains into the municipal sanitary sewer. At an unknown time, a release occurred of dry-cleaning fluids impacting soil in the surrounding area.
