Property Highlights

Reportedly, the site was constructed with warehouses and a retail store in 1946 and 1948. Based on preliminary desktop review, the site formerly operated as a trucking operation equipped with a UST System (ADEQ UST Facility ID 0-002718). According to online records the two USTs associated with this site were removed in 1992 and the associated LUST Case was closed in 1998. Please note that without obtaining the full Chain of Title and performing a Phase I ESA, Terracon cannot verify the years of operation of Jenny Freightliner; however, they are not the immediate past owner. The immediate past owner is Gringo Gas who reportedly purchased the site after the removal of the USTs but never operated as a Gas Station. As such, neither the current owner or immediate past owner has been involved with operations that may be of environmental concern to the site.
