Additional Property Attributes

The historic uses of the site include automotive sales, service, and filling station from approximately 1949-2008. It was indicated in the Phase I that LUST and UST for building on Northern portion of the subject property are considered RECs as well as in-ground hydraulic lifts and trench drains for car maintenance.. There is potential for future testing, cleanup, and redevelopment on this site--however, potential development plans and property sale negotiations are unknown. There were groundwater samples taken from the site in 2022 as part of a separate investigation that indicated petroleum related compound concentrations of benzene, naphthalene, and thioacetamide on the property above RBSLs.
