Additional Property Attributes

Reportedly, the site was constructed with a retail store in 1961, with the addition of a storage warehouse in 1972 used to manufacture durable/non-durable goods. The site contamination is unknown as a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment has not been completed. Based on preliminary desktop review, the site is approximately 105 feet northwest and up/cross-gradient of a former trucking operation with a UST system and LUST case. Thus, there is potential contamination at the site.
