Additional Property Attributes

The historic use as a rail corridor has complicated the options for reuse and opportunities for the current neighboring properties. The City of Orem is exploring the use of the to-be decommissioned Rail Spur to develop a bike and pedestrian trail. Suspected contaminants include metals, antifreeze, diesel, and engine oils. 16.5 acre rail corridor, 12,000 LF long from 1600 N to Builders First, past Center Street. Include evaluation of the use of the corridor with consideration for current neighboring properties.
