Additional Property Attributes

18 Central Street is one of four contiguous parcels owned by the Rockingham Area Community Land Trust. The property is expected to change hands in June 2006 and will be the new location of the Center for Precision Manufacturing. (PPF attached to QR 7, 1/1/06-3/30/06)

Former Use: Dairy operation between 1917 and 1925 and since then has included tire sales, fuel distribution, a painting company, and a residential building
