Additional Property Attributes

This property has a high degree of development potential based on its physical location, access, zoning, and availability. The property has full access to major utilities, U.S. Route 22, and West Virginia Route 2. The existing M-1 zoning for the property allows for nearly every type of industrial and/or manufacturing use along with associated uses, such as research and development space or food processing. Rail service via the Norfolk Southern system is possible due to the location of the property near an existing service line. The property is also directly accessible from Freedom Way. Former Use: The property is located in an industrial park area and has reportedly been used for non-manufacturing purposes that include flat storage, materials off-loading, and dry bulk storage and distribution.
