Additional Property Attributes

This property has a high degree of development potential based on its physical location, access, zoning, and availability. The property has full access to major utilities, U.S. Route 22, and West Virginia Route 2. The existing M-1 zoning for the property allows for nearly every type of industrial and/or manufacturing use along with associated uses, such as research and development space or food processing. The property features a generally flat topography and more than 1,100 feet of public roadway frontage along Beech Drive. Rail service to the property is available via the Norfolk Southern system.
