Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Five taxlots - 1 commercial 4 residential. It has been vacant and a community liability for no less than 15 years. It is at the intersection of two major arterials (NE MLK Jr. Blvd and NE Lombard). The commercial lot hosted a grocery market that was demolished in the 1970s. A residence existed on the residentially zoned portion of the property and was demolished in 1995.
