Additional Property Attributes

An adjoining three acres is being included in the sale of the property. If the investor agrees with the price and terms, a multi-family housing development will be constructed. The only environmental concerns are a tank farm for wholesale petroleum products is directly to the west of the site. PPF - 10/24/2005 The site has be rennovated into a cultural center for children, teaching art, dance, music, and other types of cultural skills.

Former Use: THe site was originally developed commercially as a beer distribution center in 1955. It became a newspaper printing and distribution center in 1965. In 1990 the newspaper moved and the bldg. has been vacant since. The property is now a cultural center for children.
