Additional Property Attributes

A local CDC purchased the site and plans to construct a 1,440 square foot neighborhood retail plaza. the redevelopment is expected to increase retail opportunities for residents anbd create jobs and increase taxes generated from the site.

Former Use: The site was used as a gas station and car repair facility until 1978. All structures on the site have been demolished.
