Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: From 1892 through 1914, the property was associated with the then adjacent International Paper Company's Niagara Falls Plant. The property was a log pond from 1892 to 1897 and was used as a storage area for pulp wood until 1914. From 1914 to 1985, Moore Business Forms, Inc. and its predecessor Guilman Fanfold used the property/existing building for printing operations. Promex Medical purchased the property in 1995 and used it for storage and repackaging of pharmaceutical supplies. Past attempts at redevelopment have failed. The property is currently a vacant building complex that was purchased by a new company in 2015.
