Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently vacant but has redevelopment potential for canal related uses. Adjacent NYS Superfund sites have negatively impacted this site. Contamination at the site will be addressed as part of the Superfund remediation projects.

Former Use: The site is vacant and is adjacent to the Erie Canal. Previous uses include a washing machine factory, lumber yard and textile mill. The property is owned by the City of Lockport.
