Former Use: The property occupies appox. 190 ft of road frontage on State Street and 205 ft of frontage on Sixth Street contains .89 acres. The property contains one single story bld. Of steel, wood, and block construction. Showroom and office are built over a basement and the garage is built on a concrete slab. This bldg. was built in 1948 as a car dealership and garage (Galloway Motors), and has since housed Wallace Motors and Quick Lincoln Motors, the property is currently vacant. The property is owned by the City of Bowling Green, who purchased it on August 15, 2003. Recent and past uses for the property have been commercial. Adjacent properties are residential and commercial.
