Former Use: This property was used as a Rail Road Engine Maintenance facility. The train shop at Dundon was built between 1905-1912 under the ownership of J.G. Bradly. He was the owner of the BC&G RR and the Elk River Coal and Lumber Company. The shop at Dundon was built to perform maintenance on all coal engines that operated on the BC & G RR, it also performed maintenance on the log train engines that operated out of the Swandale Saw Mill. The shop and railroad remained under Bradley's ownership until 1958 and then it was sold to Clinchfield Coal Company, a subsidiary of the Pittston Company. On 03/31/1965 Clinchfield filed a petition to abandon the BC&G.
