Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The one-acre property was last utilized as a flea market. A phase I environmental assessment has indicated petroleum contamination around the pump island. The City of Sikeston proposes to acquire the property and redevelop it for commercial purposes. Currently it is an abandoned gas station.
