Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Two story warehouse/manufacturing building covers 2/3 of the site. The remainder is asphalt parking and drive way. Buildings are in good condition though currently vacant. Mostly concrete, steel and wood construction. The building are in an "L" shaped 2 story structure roughly 30,000 sf. Past operations are unknown start in 1903 with Ohio Blower Company. Other companies on the in that time period would be Sterling Water Treatment Company. 1932-1947 the monarch Aluminum Manufacturing Company operated until 1973. Standard International corporation owned one of the Buildings until 1979. Ferry Cap and Set Screw Company purchase the property in 1979. Industrial activities have been ongoing at the site since 1903.
