Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is situated in Section 18, Norman Township (Township 21 North, Range 13 West) and was first development by the United States Forest Service as a tree nursery in the 1930's. Existing structures at the property include 18 structures. Lead based paint has reportedly been used in a number of the structures located on the property. The property was historically used to grow seedlings, but also included the use of a 500-gallon UST containing gasoline (removed in the late 1980s) and several chemical storage areas.
