Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is located in the City of Manistique. Historical records indicate the property was developed as a grocery store, steamroller building, fire department, city hall, jail, and warehouse buildings from at least 1914 through 1920, when one of the warehouse buildings was converted into an automobile repair shop with associated 550 gallon UST. Automotive repair continued on the subject property through the late 1950s or early 1960s. Other occupants of the subject property from that time included an office building and A & W Vending company.
