Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property contained one automobile garage and one shed-like building on the western portion of the property from at least 1920 until before 1950 when the garage was converted into a single-family residence. These buildings were located on the subject property until between 1953 and 1964 when they were razed. The subject property remained vacated land from this time until 1972 when the existing pole building was constructed on the west-central portion of the property. This building was utilized by a general contractor as an office and construction materials storage building. The subject property was purchased by Kevin Swanson in 1995 and he has operated Swanson Builders, Inc, out of the subject building since that time. Operations on-site consist of a general office area and construction materials storage.
