Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of a cola shed, an open coal bin, and lumber storage from at least 1895 until between 1920 and 1950 when the coal shed on the northern portion of the subject property was razed. The northern portion of the subject property the contained gravel piles until before 1953 when the subject was vacated. The coal bin was razed between 1950 and 1953 and the subject property has remained vacant since then. In 1983, the City of Manistique leased the property to Jensen's Fish Market, which utilizes the subject property as a boat dock and fueling area.
