The Town of Windsor is trying to bring vitality back to the downtown portion of the town. With all the environmental concerns it is hard to redevelop with unknown risks. This assessment should help design the redevelopment of Windsor to bring the downtown back to the people of Windsor as the commercial/tourist/recreation center. Former Use: This project is the Downtown area of Windsor, Vermont. Located within this small area is a former manufactured gas plant, bulk fuel storage, a former Goodyear facility, a former foundry, dry cleaner, printing press, a former rail yard and several scattered basement tooling shops. Several phase I and IIs have been conducted at the property and for the following dates. 6/7/2000, 4/22/1997, 8/31/2000 (Phase I), 7/15/2000, 09/25/2000, 3/28/1997, 3/29/2001, 4/27/1997, 7/29/1996, 11/11/1998, 1/13/1998, 6/12/2002 (Phase II)
