Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Peninsula Pipeline Co. first permitted in 1972. Compton Corporation took over in 1977. Compton declared bankruptcy in 1983. Sold to Petroleum Blender in 1984. Property was abandoned and foreclosed upon. FDIC acquired property in the 80�s as conservator. Sold it to a private individual who also abandoned it. Aransas County sold the property to Compton Development Corporation.
