BINMIC Phase II Grant designated "case study" property to utilize BINMIC tools to help prepare a subsurface investigation report and interim cleanup action plan. Property purchased by Mars Hill Properties for use as a religious center.

Former Use: Nearly 100-year history of manufacturing, metal working, welding and auto repair. For the past 30 years, the property was used for manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry. Ownership has been with MAMCO Manufacturing who leased part of the property to Neuvant Aerospace in the late 1990s. Current use - the property has been vacant and for sale for the past several years.
