A human health/ecological risk assessment was performed that showed that certain contaminants at the concentrations found could remain on the site under an industrial future use scenario. A land use covenant was also placed on the deed which prohibited: the extraction, drilling or penetration of the surface of the site without a health/safety plan written by an LRS prohibited extraction of groundwater residential use buildings other than slab-on-grade with vapor barriers or consturction of an enclosed building over the former UST area.
