Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Parcel A has consisted of commercial development since approximately 1940. Currently said parcel is occupied by Arbor Hills Plaza. Parcel B consisted of commercial development between 1926 and 1933 until approximately 1940 when the original portion of the existing commercial building was constructed. Currently Parcel B is occupied by Hertz rental cars and Ann Arbor Dog Daycare. Parcel C consisted of a commercial building built in 1926 and a gasoline station constructed in 1972, subsequently both were razed in 1996, 1994 respectively. Currently, said parcel is occupied by Stucchi's Ice Cream and Edward Jones Investments. Parcel D consisted of a dairy farm from 1926 - 1969. The dairy and water tower were razed in 1969 making way for a car sales and service center that opened in 1970. Currently the parcel is occupied by Gordon Automotive Group. Parcel E consists of undeveloped land. Parcel F consisted of undeveloped land until 1940 when a residential structure was erected on the land.
