Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II report indicates that if the property use remains a commercial or industrila land use a No Further Action is warranted. The applicant/property owner plans to use the completed Phase II report to obtain bank financing for the site's redevelopment. Plans cam for the 1.76-acre site to be developed into an Express Care and Carwash. The site recieved a No Further Action (NFA) leter from BUSTR in 1991 and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was completed in April 2005.

Former Use: The site was formerly used as a distribution center for a dairy delivery company and as a storage, repair and distribution center for a waste management company.
