Additional Property Attributes

This property is currently developed with a vacant wrehouse building and a boat marina. the remainder of the property consists of earthen surfaces and grass. According to the Phase I ( May 2006) this property was developed prior to 1886. Two (2) specific IA's are on the property with one (1) off site IA present due to its historic use as a coal storage, railroad lines and sidingw and the industrial use of adjacent properties. Applicant would like to develop the property into residential units.

Former Use: The site is located on the Cuyahoga River. Historic uses of the site were: as a railway yard, warehousing, and boat docks operations. Industrial/manufacturing operations occuring on adjacent properties also pose environmental concern to this site.
