Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property has been developed since the 1940s for the operation of lumber yard and mill. Prior to development for the lumber yard, the subject property had been used for agricultural crop land. The buildings were developed on the eastern portion of the subject property and the western portions have remained undeveloped. Since the closing of the lumber yard and mill, the subject property has been used for the operation of various commercial businesses. Mr Dunsel purchased the subject property in three pieces between 2003 and 2005.
