Additional Property Attributes

The 814 S Memorial property (auto repair building) was sold to Mr. Samuel Hutchins in June 2007. The remaining property area owned by Al Nelson.

Former Use: An auto repair style building occupies the eastern half of the property while the remainder of the property is utilized as an auto storage yard. The Root River borders the property to the north. According to the owner, the property has been utilized as an auto storage/salvage yard since the initial development.
