Additional Property Attributes

Former auto repair facility now clean vacant grassed lot with security fencing. Historic auto repair, gasoline sales and a dry cleaner formerly adjoined the site to the north and east. Potter Elementary School adjoins the site to the south and well maintained residences adjoin the site to the west and north. Well maintained commercial building adjoins the site to the east. Located on main thoroughfare (34th Street).

Former Use: Approximate 0.31 acre undeveloped parcel located in Zion Heights Addition / previous use included used car lot with potential auto repair and potential gasoline sales/storage. Lead was detected above the cleanup target level in a groundwater sample collected at the site in April 2007.
